Radiology SA

We came to get done our 1st ultrasound, me and my wife had many questions but none were answered, the person who did the scan had zero knowledge about pregnancy. At one stage she said to google the questions we had. We were so shocked. Within 3 minutes my wife was back in the car, we felt we were just rushed through the whole process within minutes. When you tell a patient to google the questions it raises a huge question on your professional ability to do the job correctly.

My wife and I went to radiology SA Campbelltown for an ultrasound of our baby boy, parking was near impossible as they only have fewer spots up and downstairs so we had to park on the street.We entered the clinic and they refused me entry because I wasn't jabbed, on top of that my wife was refused to video our son on the screen so I could view it after, and they gave us no other option.My wife did not like the way she was treated by the radiologist as she was really pushy her whole session went for about 4 minutes and the photos we were given were of such poor quality we could barely make out our baby's face.I spoke to one of the Dr/owners of the clinic about it and asked him why my wife wasn't allowed to video her own son and he said that it was illegal and against there policy.... no other option or explanation.I definitely wouldn't not recommend radiology SA Campbelltown, had much better treatment at Benson's and all the other radiologists we have been to for that matter.

Friendly and efficient staff. I explained to them about my pain so they were kind and I walked out of there still feeling human. Unlike other radiology practices in Adelaide where I’ve been treated like a number and reduced to tears during the process. Thankyou so much.

Jules is the best. Very professional, very patient and accomodaing. She was able to change my booking after being brushed off by another staff member. She was also able to change the location so I don't have to travel too much. Thank you sooo much Jules

why aren't copies of my pathology reports AUTOMATICALLY posted to My Health Record on MyGov ??

I took my 89 year old mother in law, recently. There is no lift in the underground carpark, and only stairs. Had to drive out, and around the block to enter, at street level. Only 3 carparks for Radiology SA. Luckily, we got one. It took 5 tries to get a vein!! Massive bruising on both arms. Will not go there again.

My first and last time at this clinic. Being a high risk pregnancy, it’s nice to know what being shown and what’s going on. I got snide mumbles under the technicians breath and attitude towards my unborn child because she was moving. What did you want to do? Tranquillize her? Lol. A lot of “that’ll have to do”. Now I’m no technician, but i can see when things aren’t being measured properly. After an uncomfortable half hour, i got a “see you for your next appointment”. I will never be returning and will also be redoing this appointment elsewhere. If you have cold or flu symptoms (coughing) you should be wearing a mask, especially in a high risk patients appointment. I did not enjoy being coughed all over. I usually leave these appointments feeling magical. Today was a drag. If you do not enjoy your job, don’t let it reflect.
