I've score 5 stars. If I could do scored more, I would have done so. I would like to thank Garry and his team for a great trade. You bent over backwards to help me purchase the Hyundi ix35. Holding the vehicle for several days so my mechanic could check it out and welcoming his scrutiny. If, in the future, my wife and I find the need to upgrade Madison Motors will be our first port of call. Anyone reading this, I can recommend the above dealer as one of the best I've ever dealt with. After such a great experience I fail to understand the few negative reviews. Still, I guess you can't please everyone.

I was after a cheap and reliable car, car was $1750 + $200 3month rego. BUT after purchasing the car, my partner overheard them saying the car I bought has been sitting in their yard a long time. Truly, mechanically and the car in general doesn’t even worth that much. Car was not washed, and it was like an abandoned car sitting in their yard. It was definitely a regretful buy. Should have stop the process when we walked into their ‘office’. It was like an abandoned house.

Disgusting worst car yard in Adelaide the vehicle my son purchased from this car yard was not cleaned had a syringe under one of the seats. When my son went back to the car yard to query a few mechanical issues the owner denied selling my son the vehicle we have proof bank statements receipts etc. The vehicle should have been defected it is mechanically unsound has so many issues it’s not worth fixing now my son is out $5,000. I told the owners we didn’t have a lot of money I’m a single parent and my son is a casual worker and he said it would be a great first car typical car sales man just interested in quick sale so dishonest. We’ve had a quote to get the car fixed it will cost well over $2000 just not worth it my son cannot afford this he’s so disappointed does not deserve this he works hard doesn’t deserve to be ripped off please stay clear of this car yard they are disgusting.

1 star only because there’s no other option. Customer service is shocking, untidy and smelly office. Loving how they respond to negative reviews with a snide comment, shows a lot about them :) edited to add - their response is exactly what I mentioned and expected. Defensive because the truth hurts. I wouldn’t buy from this company again. It was an unpleasant experience from the start to the end for me. Firstly the car was rough and not cleaned at all and had vinyl wrap spots and residue all over the vehicle, He said that he had lost the service history book, It had a cracked rear taillight which was defective and defective tyres, no car Jack among other issues.. so I negotiated with the salesman to $1650 below the asking price and then decided to say that I’ll pay the full price on the condition that he provide me with basic warranty, had the vinyl and residue removed, a professional polish done, serviced the car which was approaching 10k overdue, replaced the broken taillight, fixed the air con which only worked on the windshield setting, installed a missing rear window wiper and a general tidy. I was told that the air con setting doesn’t matter because you can still feel the air and cooling anyway which was a cheeky thing for him to say. He provided me with a basic warranty, ordered a new taillight and installed it, told me to go to the wreckers and find a Jack and he’ll pay for, installed a second hand rear window wiper without the cover piece, ordered a second hand air con control unit and rectified the air con setting only to have it fail 3 months later, did a very basic service (just dropped the oil and oil filter) and didn’t bother to clear the service light on my dash, the salesman did the polish himself which was a terrible effort which I believe caused more scratches and left polish residue all over the vehicle! Like a lot of it! He didn’t bother to clean the vinyl or residue off and literally tried to polish over it. When asking about it he said that his polisher was doing other cars and was too busy to do mine and not once made me a priority. After picking up the car and feeling quite unhappy about it I found that the cruise control wasn’t working and there was also a front end issue (strut bearing and bushes completely shot), so I was directed to his mechanic who wasn’t able to fix the issue and told that he’d speak to Bruno about the cruise control. Weeks later I rang and asked what’s happening with my cruise control and he said “na I said he’d fix it if it was something simple”.. basically it’s just easier if I don’t bother trying to get the service I need from Madison motor company and fix the issues on my own. The whole time I spoke to him I was made to feel like I’m an inconvenience, and there was no proper help or accountability for the things I was promised. Madison motor company is the reason car salesman get a bad name. The car yard itself is a mess and the mess of an office reeked of body odour. The only thing he did to ease my disgust about the situation is tint two windows on my car which is definitely not enough and I wasted the $1650 extra I paid for these empty promises. Avoid these people and if you do go there make sure you have in writing all the things you require from them or you’ll get taken for a ride like I did.
