Austin Rise

Had a wonderful time at Austin Rise. The house is extremely clean, comfortable bed, and strong Wifi.If we are ever back in the Melbourne area again, we will definitely stay here again. Very quiet neighborhood too.

Forget everything you experienced at Australian Hotels/Accommodation and go for an exceptional service hosted by the super host Beverley! Highly recommended if you're interested in super clean facility, homey feel, and delicious food..We stayed with our 3 and 6 year old boys, had a great time, will definitely come back with our friends if we visit Melbourne again..Thanks Beverley

Beverley is a wonderful welcoming host. Going over and above my expectations by rising early to drive me to hospital. She provides a Lovely comfortable room and good conversation. Have stayed before and would definitely recommend this bnb

The experience was not what we expected. The photos appearing in google are misleading. It is located no near the city but in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The room that we booked for was actually booked twice. Had to prove that we paid for the room to another couple who came knocking at the door while we were inside. We paid a higher price which marketed a bigger bed but had to spend the night with a queen. Eventhough the service provided by the staff is friendly and the room is satisfactorily clean it doesn't outweigh the bad experience we got. Not child friendly at all and couldn't even find a high chair for the child. Not recommended for a family/couple looking to relax.

Wonderful two night stay at Austin Rise. Our host Beverley was delightful, our rooms very comfortable, beautifully decorated and light and airy. Our delicious breakfasts set us up nicely for our day ahead. Highly recommend this bnb. Will come again.

Absolutely beautiful! Beverly has put so much love and thought into the place - I am so happy I found this little gem! Very quiet and extremely clean. Spacious rooms, big bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Good price for such a luxury stay! I was by myself and felt very safe and well cared for. I will definitely be staying again.
