Thanks Karl for fixing my dodgy old tap that wouldn't shut off. Not the most easiest of jobs due to weird sized washes etc, which he had trouble sourcing in Cairns but eventually found some.Highly recommended.

He installed a new hot water system for my unit. He organised everything. He did explain everything to me before the installation. He went through the steps with me as I didn't know anything about it. Very professional and reliable. He didn't leave any mess or whatever. Clean and punctual. He did exactly what he had told me. Karl was our warrior, from the beginning till the end. He endured through the worst period of our lives when a builder did a runner on us and he stayed with us, for that we will always be grateful of.He was vital for us and for our reno, extremely professional, punctual, reliable, on budget and really efficient. He was always the first on the job, did impeccable plumbing work and was always genuinely there for us, the combination of attitude and skills you don't find out there easily. He helped us during emergencies like a water tap burst and even finding other tradesmen to help out with other things..I don't usually do reviews, but Karl is exceptional. Karl is a plumber I'd recommend 200% and will be, no doubt, my go-to for the future!
