Pro: Australian stockCon: will try and up-sell you inappropriate components.Service has low understanding of own products.End result: if you need it immediately okay, if you can wait order online for a fraction of cost. If you need advice, anywhere but here (some Jaycars are excellent, some are worse, this one is not great)

The assistant's service was quite good. She did not understand what I was after and so went to the manager. She returned to me and said more information was required. I had already given details of my vehicle and what the problem was and the product that I required. I thanked the girl and left.
