Great value, all services available & close to restaurants.

We were very disappointed with the Apartment we had. There were no airconditioners in the bedrooms(not good in the 35 degree days) - the main bedroom had quite a few sections of the vertical blinds missing - so bad we had to put a blanket up to help keep out the early morning light. There was a rubber band and hair tie which must have been to hold a section of the blind up. The number in the information book was disconnected so I had to google to get the correct number. No toilet paper at all, the clock radio was broken - it didn't show the numbers on the dial at all. The outdoor setting was rusted so you couldn't sit on the chairs!! To top it off - checkout is 10am and at 9.50am housekeeping was knocking on our door to come in. Considering the extra we had to pay with it being March - we were not happy at all. Location is great though

Good value for money. Great location. Facilities very basic but just functional. No reception an issue as no way to resolve problems such as no tea towels, no lids to cookware and no toilet paper. Great with on-site parking and good for travel with kids.

We loved the place. Having a nice place to stay within walking distance to great restaurants and the city made for a great holiday.

No office or front desk etc. No aircon in bedrooms, not great in a heatwave. No access provided and had to call and wait to get access code and key! No wifi. No parking for larger car with some units. No response to polite and respectful complaint. If you have a larger car it may not fit so you may end up forced to park on the street as we did for four nights. Unwind holidays handle booking and are nowhere near Adelaide and not able to help. Not worth the high price. A motel is much easier.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY, GOOD POSITION WITH GREAT CAFES AND HOTELS NEARBY

No onsite reception- retrieve key from lock box using emailed code. Well maintained property. Parking can be an issue. Good location to restaurants, and medical precinct.

Useful sized apartment. Stayed 2 nights but hardly there other than to sleep!

good for emergency accomodation but pretty bad for anything over 2 weeks. Probably only 2 star quality

The code given to me for access was wrongThere is no reception desk to meet anyoneI arrived at 5pm and had to wait 2 hours for the clean that should of been finishedThe apartment is old fashioned, it was clean however there was a lot of dust from the carpet, the hot water didn’t consistently work and there was no wifi.The car parks are not suitable for large trade vehiclesFor the price you pay a hotel is much nicer
