Couldn’t be more happier! Ordered some supplies online for my horse that has an abscess, got a phone call the next day saying they didn’t have a colour wrapped a picked (which was totally fine!) and then even offered to drop it off instead of posting it as it was medical supplies! If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would. They go above and beyond to help people, Thank you so much to the lady that helped me out! You’re the kindest person I’ve ever met! Definitely will continue to shop from you guys!

I had ordered a Ti22 Titanium vest here in NZ, but due to massive delays getting the vests into NZ and informed that our shipment wont be here until next year (4.5 mths since ordering). I contacted The Tack Box Saddleworld to see if they could help with sourcing one. Marion went completely out of her way to contact Zilco directly, organise my vest to either be fast tracked to NZ or be directed to them so they could express couriered to me. She kept in daily contact and I should have my vest in days instead of months from speaking to them. Outstanding service from Marion and I will continue to order on line due to them going above and beyond. I can't recommend them highly enough. Claire
