My partner and I have been tenants with Style Estate Agents for the last 3 years. Sarah and the team at Style have been great to deal with and are by far the best property managers that we have come across during our years of renting. Sarah was always a pleasure to deal with, approachable, very quick to respond, helpful, a great communicator and always found the time to address any queries or concerns. Both my partner and I wish we could have Sarah and the team at Style as our property managers at our new rental.

You absolutely could not ask for a better agent than Krystal. We bought an apartment through Krystal in 2018 and were thoroughly impressed with how she went about her business.When it came time to sell this year we had no doubt in our mind who we wanted to be our agent.From the very beginning, Krystal was a professional. She did the research required to accurately appraise the property and presented what she found to us in a logical, easy to understand manner.She clearly outlined our campaign plan and recommended the way we approached the market. Krystal recommended we have our empty apartment styled professionally and this was an amazing recommendation. The styling transformed our apartment from a small cramped box to an open, fresh and inviting place to live.Our apartment was on the market for less than 48h before we had multiple offers. We were able to lock in a price above what we expected and settle within about 30 days of going to market.What really separates Krystal from the rest of the real estate world is her personality.Krystal is not fake like many other agents and somehow she seems to be everyone's good friend.
