Such a bad customer service….We ordered a new couch and had to wait for more than four months. When we got it they only gave us half part of the couch which was damaged. We tried get new one again but didn’t get a good response from the people there.Waste of time and money.Never going back there anymore.

Great range and friendly staff. We were disappointed about one of our couches being damaged on delivery. Amart replaced it.Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because the place needs better communication between staff members- there was lots of messing about throughout the whole buy/order/arrival/replace procedure

I recently had an extremely disheartening experience with a darwin Amart furniture store that left me feeling frustrated and upset. I ordered the furniture last year December 2022 which wasn’t delivered on time as promised (as per purchase order delivery time is 8-10 weeks). When I went to store I was told I need to wait for 12 months to receive my order, I already spent 6months To make matters worse, my encounter with one of the front staff during this follow up was unpleasant. Her demeanor and attitude were exceptionally rude, leaving me feeling disrespected and unimportant as a customer. During our conversation, it was evident that she lacked empathy and were completely indifferent to the inconvenience caused by the late delivery. Her dismissive behavior almost brought tears to my eyes, as I had expected a level of professionalism and courtesy that was sorely lacking.I will never ever purchase form darwin Amart store. To this lady, if you don’t know how to deal with customer service why are you even in your job.

If you would like your furniture received in a timely manner or to be kept informed about delays, shop elsewhere. It doesn’t matter when you order or how much notice you give, it will always be someone else’s fault when your order isn’t ready- flooding, shipping delays, problems at the warehouse etc. When you call to try and sort out the problem you will get nowhere and end up waiting endlessly for your furniture to arrive. An incredibly stressful experience. I would not shop here again.

The team itself were lovely , especially Trudy she was awesome. However the quality of the furniture was very poor , long wait which can always be blamed on “covid”. When we did get our items there were multiple missing pieces and cracks in our furniture which really is unacceptable. Got the replacements and again cracks. In the end we gave up as we were tired of going back and forth. You get what you pay for I guess.

Terrible customer service. We ordered a queen bed frame and have paid full deposit. Were told we will get our order on Nov 25 the latest. It's already a month now 24 Dec tomm. When rung the store twice was rudely told by staff that the load has been waiting for being shipped and that the delay is not their fault. Unwilling to listen to any other /concern or giving possibility but simply saying 'you can cancel your order' after having waited for a prolonged time. Fantastic furniture experience was better than amart....I truly DO NOT recommend amart. Poor customer service to extreme!

3 months have passed and Im still waiting for my order to arrive. If you buy from here, make sure you get a guarantee on when it will arrive as the communication from them has been unsatisfactory. Also avoid buying online and go in if you do.

I am getting disappointed with the team who handled my situation. After almost two months now since we've settled our payment to pay all our account using a finance, seems like they are no longer interested on sending us back any update about the gift card that I bought that ended up of not using them and now I'm having my second repayment with interest. Two months have passed now and still waiting for them to reverse the process to get my refund. I'm getting hopeless now. I wish by doing this I'll be able to get to the right person to resolve this matter.
