It's always a joy to visit 1st Product. A carefully curated range of local and imported streetwear greets me every time I walk in.The owner Nik over-delivers with friendly customer service and entertains with humorous banter. You can tell that he loves what he does - looking after his customers.

Hand in hand with my daughter one fine sunny afternoon I bumped into this little gem. Not only was the service first rate and friendly but both domestic and international labels 1st product carries is unparalleled. The only downside is most of the labels I love, the products are invariably sold out which I guess is testament to those who know a good thing when they see it!!! Love some of the great stuff coming out of NY & LA that Nick the owner has been able to procure!!! Loved my purchase and looking forward to a big splurge!!!!

Great shop that has good quality clothes, footwear and goods including Bellroy Wallets. Handy location in the Lido arcade just off Glenferrie Road. Its the first shop in the arcade.

Incredible, fresh and most importantly; a unique selection of all kinds of shoes, apparel and accessories. Excellent customer service, the staff is happy to have you look around and try on whatever you want, as well as having an in-depth knowledge of all the products that are stocked. You can tell there is a lot of effort put into the stock selection, and they care about the customer. One-off store so I would highly recommend everyone check it out
