Extremely disappointed with our experience with this real estate.Upon applying we received relatively good customer service, with them showing properties on weekends and helping us find a good place for our family.The mandatory house inspections were very laid back, never pointing out any issues or pulling us up on anything, which were all carried out by their receptionist.Upon vacating we paid several professional cleaning services and pest control businesses to tend to the house, overall costing above $1300.The real estates attention to detail was sloppy to say the least, they did not go back and check over the entry report completed and tried to pull us up on uncleanliness/disrepair that was present when we moved in (peeling paint on the ceilings, over hanging trees, old oil stains on cement, derelict fencing etc.). They attempted to catch us out on things that were visible in all of their inspections. I had to do their job, go over the entry report, point out their errors using our photos that I’d personally taken upon moving in.The house was vacated just as clean, if not cleaner, than when we moved in, photos to prove (especially the bathroom). In regards to correspondence, we received rude and extremely unprofessional emails, that were passive aggressive and disrespectful. They were snide, abrupt and very dismissive towards their tenants. The real estate owners also hid behind their receptionist, making her correspond with us instead of speaking directly.Take note if you are planning to rent through Sloss Goondiwindi, take photos and document everything. Your stereotypical slippery realtors.

I've had nothing but the most first rate experience with Alicia and the team. They've always been incredibly available and friendly and exceptionally informed with my commercial tenancy and private house rental needs. Highly recommend the guys as the best team I've ever experienced in Australia.

Absolutely great real estate to deal with.

I would not recommend this agency to anyone. They are very unprofessional, rude, and does not maintain their property's. I have had a very stressful time renting off this real estate agency. Has long as your paying your rent is all the matters. Has for trying to get repairs they just could not be bothered. They are very incompetent. Please avoid this company if possible. Once again they are very rude and arrogant. And I agree with Michelle Cook's review, it's all true. If you are asking for some maintenance to be done it feels as though you have commited a crime. Be very wary of this company they are not nice. They are breaching others tenants confidential information. I am a witness to this.
