Poolwerx Burwood

A fantastic experience especially in lockdown.Having recently acquired a new house with a pool but being in Stage 4 lockdown in Melbourne we were a bit lost on what to do for the best.Despite Poolwerx Burwood being unable to come to our home teh every friendly and exceptionally supportive Calvin took us under his wing from Day 1.He remotely walked us through every step from filling and cleaning the pool to helping us select the right chemicals.All of these must have took some time for Calvin but he was more than happy to help.We were able to get our pool ready for the season and at the end of the process (lockdown restrictions) they were able to come out and do a full and final service check on our pool.Mark who attended was friendly and efficient too.I would highly recommend Poolwerx @Burweood Melbourne and would never hesitate to use them again.

I had Mark came out to service my pool, he was fantastic, so honest and fixed the issues I had quickly and at a very reasonable price. After going to other pool shops who can take advantage of customers, it was such a nice change, couldn't recommend them highly enough.

After my initial consultation and pool test sent my tool into mayhem! I gave them another shot 12 months later. My recommendation is go during the week and get a little more personalised attendance to your requirements.
