Used to be my local until their racist decision to stop supplying Russian products. I challenged them on this and they stood by their xenophobic policy so I instead now shop at other bottleshops that stock my products who have better values.

Couldnt find what i wanted .. no assistance. Young guy at checkout was not friendly at all. No hello, mumbled if i wanted a receipt which he then placed on the counter without even looking at me (even though i held out my hand for the receipt) then turned his back on me while i picked up my purchase. No goodbye or have a nice evening. Just nothing. Will go elsewhere.

Purchased a bottle of scotch, the price on shelf is $42 but when you get to the counter they ask if you are a member, I am not, so they charged me $45. I have a local bottle shop about 500 MTRS down the road from me that sells the same product for less money. I won't be going back there again.

You can always find what you are looking for. The customer service is excellent. Once I found an online only offer and the person at the checkout went extra mile and gave me the offer even though it was not available for store purchase. Parking is another plus point, always available just outside the door.
