Great customer service! The staff helped us to select the right type of product and provided 60 vanilla glazed mini donuts for our bee hive themed mini donut tower!

They make great coffee & milkshakes! I always order fresh cinnamon donuts with my Regular Quake Shake. The Staff have come a long way and are fast, professional & Welcoming!Would highly recommend if you are craving hot cinnamon donuts in the morning!

Friendly team and quick service. Drove to Newcastle for a weekend trip and so far the thick shakes here have been the best i've ever had. Everywhere else makes them as milk shakes and i've even had some as flavoured milk. Not Donut King, thick and full of flavour. Excellent work girls!

Ordered a flat white, and received a cappuccino. Rude lady working behind the counter obviously took the order wrong and was denying that in her many years of experience working there she has never taken the wrong order. She was not apologetic and even had the tenacity of pouring the old contents of the cup (cappuccino)and reusing it to make the flat white. I would give zero stars if I could.Never going back again - rude and unfriendly staff lacking basic customer service.

Been buying coffee and donut here for years. Staff are fantastic. Best donut around.It's been 2 years since the original review and its still the best place around for donuts and coffee.If your at Walksend Plazza don't miss stopping in and grab some for yourself.

Had a rude interaction today. One of the workers did not greet me properly. Then, when I requested a 6 pack, she proceeded to tell me I can grab a $5 pack from the table rather than make some fresh donuts for $6.50. (She would have made 1.50 extra) My friend also ordered a coffee that was burnt and bitter. We sat at the tables out front. I admit I disobeyed the policy by buying a tea from across the plaza and bringing it to the table. This same worker was so rude and approached my friend and I saying that we have a strict policy and she was going to lose money. Even though we bought doughnuts and coffee. Also, not many tables were occupied so I don’t think this was the issue. It was the principle of the the fact if you’re going to claim you’re going to lose money, why did you offer me discounted doughnuts for laziness, or treat us rudely. These are surely going to lose business for sure.

Most horrible Chinese boss. I had donuts and a coffee, my wife brought a share chaitea from opposite store, were sitting together at donut king table..the boss lady came and abused my wife, was very rude, chased my wife away..I was taken aback, didn't know what to do.... I am never going there ever again.
