Awesome service from JMS! Admin staff went above and beyond to work around my early work hours. I had the quote straight away and the aircon installed the next week. The two gentlemen that installed the aircon were kind and patient with my Special Needs son answering all his question and making him feel a part of the process.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable company. Would not recommend for commercial or residential aircon installations.

Best air conditioning contractor around. I worked for several large construction companies in Mackay and across Queensland and i have continued to use JM's Air conditioning for the majority of my builds. The quality and professionalism i received is what makes me continue to work with them.

If I could less than 1 I would. I've not dealt with a more useless unprofessional company. They installed my air-conditioning units in my new build at the request of the builder. If I had known what they were like I would never! Have used them. I have had an issue with the units for about to 4 months or more. It's taken this long. They just throw out constant excuses and then try and make out like they're a victim. It's really odd. They call up randomly and want to just show up on the day within the hour. No prior notice. I have a tenant in there. They need notice. The first time they scheduled to come (which was months after my request) they just didn't show up and never notified me. The second time their car broke down. And guess what. There's a 3rd time! yes that's right. This time the excuse was that the technician hurt his back, on the day. These excuses also seem to arise exactly on the day. I'm starting to think this company will avoid warranty call outs at any cost. More than happy to install it, but don't even bother trying to get them to fix it afterwards.You service air-cons but can't get a vehicle serviced at the correct intervals to ensure it doesn't break down? Apparently your only vehicle and it's unreliable. You have 1 technician and he happens to hurt his back on the day. What other excuses can they come up with. I Have had to just bite the bullet and source another company. I feel that they do this intentionally. I said that I'll just have to source someone else. They perked up and said that that's fine. Interesting. Do not, I repeat DO NOT! use this company. I can't honestly see how this company is still afloat. There must be no other providers. Just horrible. I think you get the point.

Absolutely woeful service. They installed air conditioning in our home about 7 years ago and we have had nothing but ongoing problems with almost all the units in the home. We have had them back to do a service almost every year but found out later the apprentice that they sent to do the services was actually doing very little at all.We have had to replace a whole wall in the main bedroom due to the air conditioning leaking. We did call them recently to come back and have a look at the leak and NO-ONE even got back to us.Avoid this company at all costs.

Very disappointed with this company. They did not return phone calls or contact us to inform us he wasn't coming. Did not come on the day he stated he would and have waited for over 2 months for their services. Unfortunately I would definitely not recommend this business.

Our house has a wrap around roof. Quotes were provided for 3 different brands and alternatives. Michael took the time to talk through and explain the quotes and options so that the decision was informed and a comfortable one.The installation of Air conditioners was done quickly after the proposed Quote was accepted. It was also moved earlier than originally tentatively booked for. The Staff was efficient, professional and friendly. Effort was taken to plan and execute a finished product that was neat, and blended into the current structure. There were added challenges I believe as we have a wrap around roof with no cavity or man hole to assist. Most of work can not be found unless you know where to look or what you're looking for.Will definitely be recommending JMS in the future.

JM'S Airconditioning were friendly from the start to the finish.The girls in Admin are lovely and the boys who installed were brilliant.Done a great job on the install and cleaned up when finished.Can't fault JM'S Airconditioning. Highly Recommend
