Our sales rep Keegan was a very good communicator and kept us advised throughout the purchase/ delivery process. Couldn’t rate him anything other than 5 out of 5. Handover was excellent and car presented in great detail as expected.

The greatest customer service I have had from a car dealership. Sam went out of her way to make sure our vehicle could be inspected on only a few hours notice after an error light appeared in the dash. We were passing through town and Sam showed great concern for my families safety as we were travelled further west to more remote areas.The car was promptly inspected that day, a loan car provided for the afternoon and great advise given by the service team.This kind of excellent customer service is often hard to find these days and Emerald Ford should be commended on how they treat their customers.Thanks Sam and the Emerald Ford team.
