I went there and ask for Classic lashes extensions because I was looking for something natural and subtle. The lady that served me tried to convince me to choose Hybrid lashes, but I refused, I really wanted my lashes to look natural and not dramatic.After the job was done, when I saw myself in the mirror I panicked, very long and dark lashes wasn’t what I was expecting. I wasn’t happy at all.She calmed me down saying that it was until I get used to the new look.The thing is that a friend had an appointment at the same place, almost same time, with a different lady for the same service: Classic lashes extensions.The result was sooo different between me and her. Her lashes look so natural while my lashes look like they have mascara on them.It’s been a week and I have been losing some lashes, and all of them are double hair. So now I understand why the look was so dramatic. I don’t understand why if I asked for something she did the opposite

I have been a customer for over a year and I am very happy with the service that you provide. Prab does a wonderful job of my lashes and is always courteous and polite. The salon is lovely and clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I visit every two weeks and the staff are always welcoming with a smile. My only suggestion is that you have some Bollywood playlists sometimes. Me and many of my friends that l have recommended browz & beauty to, love this music and would enjoy listening to it while we are having our beauty treatments.

Prabh is amazing! I have been coming here for about 6 months for my threading and hybrid tinting of my eyebrows. She produces such a high quality result. I’m always getting compliments on my brows and friends wanting to know where I go. I won’t go anywhere else now! So easy to book and usually get a same or next day appointment too!

Went to get my brows done today and the lady spent less than 5 minutes doing it, and she spoke about 10 words throughout the whole experience. Once I came outside, I looked at my brows properly and there’s literally so much hair left that needed to be plucked and my brows do not look like it’s been threaded today. Very disappointing. Would give 0 stars if the option was available

i would never recommend this place ever, recently just went to get a hybrid tint and wax and came out with over dark eyebrows and the next thing i noticed was that they chemically burnt my eyebrow. i’m currently on medication now for the chemical burn. the lady that did it left the hot wax on for a long time.do not waste your money nor do i recommend

The staff has become really stupid (i never post a review or use this kind of language)But the lady working gave me a very stupid reason of charging extra, and when i told her that i only need extra eyebrows to be removed (did not need the shaping) she told me that she would have to shape coz of the extra growth of the hair. I am however unable to explain the whole situation here, IT WAS SO STUPID, i am so annoyed, she was not gonna remove extras as according to her it meant 'shaping my brows'. Shaping includes so many things, which i didnt at all ask as a customerI am a fairly regular customer, this was such a rip off techniqueI always get my brows done from pinky, i never had to complain onceI am now very motivated to change my brows place.I dont mean you to fire this person, but this is something that owner should look into. The staff most of the times looks scared, seems like their boss isnt really keeping them well!!I am unable to explain the whole situation here.

Worst customer service.I booked in to have a fake tan done for 3 days before my wedding (I booked this appointment around 6 weeks prior). I arrived to my appointment only to be told that they can’t do my fake tan as the lady who does the fake tans isn’t in today. I had even received a confirmation text from Browz and Beauty the day prior reminding me of my appointment.The lady who I spoke to showed absolutely no care that they had stuffed up and weren’t able to do my tan. They offered to book me in for the following day, which I accepted but was big inconvenience as I then had to rush other appointments.The tan I received was patchy and this was very evident in my wedding photos. They did not provide me with the feet pads (I was provided these during the trial tan) which resulted in the soles of my feet being brown and stained.If you are wanting a quality tan and good customer service, DONT go here.

I got Deluxe Facial from Khadija and I have no words to explain how happy I am after receiving this service. She was so good at her work, she did proper consultation before starting and amazed with the results. Definitely recommend getting facial done from Khadija
