Excellent and reasonably priced service. Wayne was very friendly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The inspection was very thorough and we were also quite surprised about how quickly he managed to organise it. All in all, I would recommend as a very positive experience.

Couldn’t recommend Wayne enough. He was very flexible and checked a house at short notice for us.He was not only knowledgeable about different types of houses and structures, but did an excellent job of explaining things in simple terms for us.He also found all sorts of things that we didn’t even notice.And he was happy to answer any follow up questions we had.If friends and family buy a house, we will be recommending that they get Wayne to check it out first.
