The course is informative and not too hard. This is a great option for people wanting to study online to be flexible around their busy working lives. Very cost-effective. ACCSC is much better than I thought it would be.

What a team. From start to end each member of ACCS program provided 100% support throughout the course. They listened when I got injured and required an extension. They understood when I was doing 25 days straight with double shifts during COVID. They were approachable & I would have been lost without their understanding. In the time that I was going to give up they encouraged me & gave me time to get over my injury & finish my goal.Thank you & blessings to you all. C

Sam has supported me through my studies in diploma in youth - this is a qualification I'm in the process of achieving thanks to Sam. It is also the first qualification I have wanted to do appose to 'have to do'. For many years I have struggled with my Dyslexia, only getting clinically diagnosed in 2015 at the age of 25. Education was a challenge and a struggle to say the least.Sam’s support through my course has been amazing I have so much gratitude for this beautiful woman, Sam explored many alternative avenues with me to see which was a ‘suited’ fit for me.Sam suggested that worked for me:· Changing my paper color to Yellow or Blue - I changed to Blue.· Play around with different Fonts, I explored a number of fonts before coming across Bionic Reading which enlarges the first couple of letters in a word to help my quirky brain to understand what it is I am reading. I applied this to how I wrote my answers.· Sam also suggested to play around with my desktop which I did. My Icon toolbar is on the right side of my screen appose to the bottom which has done wonders for when I am using my learners guide its super quick.· Sam opened 4 units at a time for me so I could work across them all as she understood I may need a rest from the same topic to refocus and refresh.· Phone call appointments to discuss key words.Example1: The Leaflet that’s asked for WHS assessments, Sam changed ‘leaflet’ to ‘Poster’ which made a huge difference in my way of thinking – It made it achievable for me to complete this unit.Example 2: When I see What, When, Why, in questions simply refer to the learner’s guide. Discuss is when I have to talk as in, I am explaining my understanding to the topic in the question to show that I understand, to also write it as if someone marking the question does not know that answer, but once they read it, they understand the topic. When I see Explain at the Start of a Question, this is also a reference back to the learner guide with a sprinkle of 'what's my understanding to the question asked'.Example 3: When writing a large answer, Sam suggested I make note on (start, middle, end/conclusion theory type) as this may help, Example: if a Question asked for 1000 words, divide each section into a word count, so mini goals are achieved at a time, and once one section of the answer was completed it should flow into the next section, it also helps to keep on track of what the discussion is and keep to the facts.I procrastinated for months with the course, and NOW; I am enjoying it so much!!! what Sam doesn't release is with the tools and support she gave me - I also successfully passed an English exam with IELTS for my visa requirements with a high score on all sections (Speaking, Listening, Writing Essays - 2500-5000 words under 60-90minutes)

Have just successfully completed a diploma in counselling through ACCSC and now organising to begin a diploma in community services through ACCCS.I don’t think i would go through any other training organisation, as ACCSC aligns with all of my needs for study and learning and as a registered training provider that delivers nationally recognised training, it ticked every box for me.I was able to complete my diploma in 11 months rather than 24 due to the delivery being all online and completely self paced. I didn’t feel any pressure to meet deadlines and if I encountered any barriers or had questions, it was as simple as making a phone call or email to Mark or Julie who walked me through what I needed, pretty much immediately.Throughout the whole experience I felt encouraged and very supported by my trainer Mark and the other trainers at ACCSC.I found full time employment with the organisation where I undertook placement and was able to immediately move into to the area of work that I had studied in.Now that I know how achievable and streamlined higher education is with ACCSC, I am looking forward to commencing my next diploma.Would definitely recommend.

I completed the Diploma of Counselling with ACCSC in 2022. I was hesitant to study after so long, however my experience with the college was 5 star. My supervisor, Julie was amazing, attentive, helpful, encouraging and supportive. The course content was interesting and informative and the college interface was user friendly and easy to navigate. Absolutely recommend!
