Plumber was friendly and responded promptly to our intial texts. After coming out and seeing what needs doing, the plumber said he’d have a quote prepared that night. It has now been over a week without any contact at all. Very dissapponting as initial appearances were very promising.

Unfortunately our hot water heater stopped working. We called Paul and he came out the same day to look at it. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced but he had the job done on the same day at a reasonable price.
