Well I think I get great service from the people that work at Maitland motorcycles. As they try very hard to get what you need or want.So I can’t complain sometimes things are out of the control of the shop but mostly everything goes to plan so if you want friendly people looking after you that try their best I recommend Them with a top of 9.5

2012 Triumph Bonneville T100I have owned and serviced this bike for the last five years back in Sydney, and this is by far the best service this bike has ever had.My bonnie is running like a dream as it should.I highly recommend this workshop and friendly staff for your future mechanical repairs etc... and a special thanks for the boys doing a great job.

Brought my first road bike from here decent customer service just wouldn’t recommend getting your bike serviced there had multiple problems sump caps missing after service brakes failing etc. Neely caused an accident plus a few months later my bike blew up On the motorway neely causing another accident. Next time I’ll just be going to Fraser’s.

Very displeased with Maitland Motorcycles. I have shopped here for years for spare parts and purchased several motorcycles from this business.The customer service is very poor and no after sales support or regard is given to customers. The staff are always too busy on their mobile phones Snapchating and scrolling Facebook to serve you they rarely acknowledge that you are even there. I much preferred shopping there when the business was owned by Dennis.

Variety of motorcycles to choose for children,teenager and adults... So impressed with all colourful motorcycle clothes for kids. Staff are very helpful. We live in Swansea/Belmont but willing to drive to Maitland because of customer service mind from this shop. So looking forward to getting our motorcycle soon.

I own a 1992 900RR Honda Fireblade motor cycle. Recently I have tried several suppliers for various parts for the bike, only to be told that the bike is too old to bother with. I subsequently spoke with Richard of your office and was very pleased that he not only wanted to help me, but advised me of various places to obtain the necessary parts. I really appreciate his professionalism and willingness to assist me, considering my previous experience with the other companies I had contacted.Regards Mario
