We were very cautious about contacting a large company regarding our fencing requirements but now cannot speak more highly of Amel at Jim's Fencing Morley.Amel has been exceedingly efficient with his quotation and work and very flexible in meeting our requirements.The work has required one visit to quote, another visit to install fence posts prior to concrete pour and a final visit to install fence panels. Amel has been able to complete all this in the time frames required and agreed. We are very grateful to Amel and recommend his fencing services to everyone. Thanks very much!

Very inconsiderate of peoples time. Bill came to do a quote and sent it via email. He had some requests that I sorted out and once they were sorted I attempted to get back in contact and Bill completely ignored me from there. I called and he directed me to email. Countless emails and texts later and nothing. A friend of mine said he did the same to them. Poor effort

Fencing itself was fine, we are happy with it. However the install occurred 4 months after the quote was accepted. Apparently due to supply chain issues. After 3 months waiting we almost went with another fencing contractor who said they could start in two weeks. The communication of delay was poor and we felt we had to chase the contractor for this information.Secondly, part of the contract included removal of the old fence, after the fence installation we found that ruble, debris and sand from the old fence was strun throughout our garden, in some instances completely covering over shrubs and flax bushes.I asked the contractor to clean up the mess and his response was that he isn't responsible for sand falling from the fence during it's removal as per the terms and conditions of the quote. It appears the application of the terms and conditions means they can shovel ruble, debris, sand and damage plants in your garden. I was very surprised that debris left from fence isn't completely covered by removal of fence line item in the quote. I indicated to the contractor I disagreed with his interpretation of the contract and that my feedback/review will reflect exactly that.Would not use this fence contractor again.9 months late for your google review response, you were emailed about this issue when it happened and refused to do anything about it, to apologise now and state we'll fix it" is a disingenuous attempt to appear as though you really care. I'm changing my rating down to 1 star
