Great gym with so many machines. Very competitive pricing plus it's 24 hour. Can get quite busy in the afternoons during the week though

Friendly staff and a decent variety of equipment. If you're a beginner you'll have no problem fitting in and working out here, with a lot of the members being helpful, as well as the staff being knowledgeable.

This is at worrigee shopping centre. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Had a look around and shown equipment. Lots of different stuff. Parking is good,available directly outside. No lock in contracts billed weekly so no hassles. 12 month/6months you choose. Sign up easy. Would definitely recommend!

The gym is great and the staff are lovely. I was so happy when we got a gym in worrigee but I unfortunately cancelled because the company they use for the membership charge you more than the weekly gym membership if you miss one payment. I was getting so many late fees without even realising because their emails were going to my junk. It wasn't worth it.
