Absolutely useless please. I have had session with them, no improvement and highly unprofessional attitude. Three times my son been sick and once COVID positive and I told them over the phone to cancel his appointment a day before the scheduled time . However they still charged me because I have not inform them 48 hours before. How the hell on earth I can inform 48 hours before when he was fine 48 hours before. On the other hand their therapist cancelled appointments 4 times just a 10 minutes before the scheduled time, saying that they are ill. How they can exploit customers but those roles are not applied on their staff.

My niece has been attending Gotcha talking for a few months now, she has had over 4 different therapists during this time. There has been no consideration for her well-being or speech improvement during this time. Would not recommend for anyone looking for a speech therapist.

Gotcha Talking
I have had the pleasure of taking two of my granddaughters to Gotcha Talking. One of my girls has Caelie and the other has Jordja. They are amazing! They work so well with my girls. Cailie and Jordja have connected with my girls and gained their trust, making great leaps forward in progress. They show true kindness, caring and interest. I can highly recommend Gotcha Talking for any speech therapy needs.
