Kilcowera is awesome. Toni and Gregg are really welcoming and were preparing food on the camp oven when we arrived.We stayed in the Shearers Quarters, and the beds were really comfortable.If you're looking for somewhere to stay in the Outback, look no further.

3 night stay camping at the Shearer’s Quarters, Just Fabulous! Great amenities - hot showers, flushing toilets & can have a powered site if needed. There is heaps of camping spots by the lagoon but at the moment it has no water. You can do a tourist drive that takes in some parts of the property that is really good. Just a great place to relax, sit by a fire and see just how many stars that you can see out here.

Great habitat and birding. The quarters is the place to camp. However, it is over priced at $50.

Quintessential outback experience.Great place to get a true appreciation of cattle station life. We saw mustering with helicopters and ground support on bikes. Incredible.We stayed at the shearers quarters as we had a dog but the lagoon was nice too. Take a self-guided tour!

Wonderful 5 days spent exploring and relaxing, bird watching and bush cooking. Amazing hosts Peter and Jen, even bringing firewood every day to our secluded campsite.Highly recommended.

Great place to stop and unwind by the lagoon. Huge private sites, camp fires permitted, self drive to visit places of interest around the property. The caretakers were warm, kind, helpful and very welcoming.

Stopped in for morning tea as part of the Big Day Out comedy tour hosted by the Bulloo Shire Council as day 2 of their Quick Shears Shindig festival. Greg and Toni were brilliant hosts and the camping and accommodation set up is wonderful.

Great farm stay. Good clean facilities with hot showers and grass to camp on or camp by the lake. New managers due April 2021.

Stayed at Kilcowra Station in ou camper trailer in April 2018 and loved every minute. The facillities are great and the bird life is amazing! Got fire wood delivered every day. Thank you so much for a proper outback experience!
