Hustle free renting. The staff seems happy to clear all the doubts. It would've been much better if they could provide helmets with visors. Will update about the long term service later.

Good E-bikes. The only negative point is that they don't rent bicycles for you if you live in a hostel. It doesn`t make sense.

I went there to rent a electric bike and left it without rent it because the bad service. First they don´t expecify in the website the minimun time to rent a bike (which is two weeks for very old bikes and 5 weeks for new ones), and second the rud service of the recepcionist.

Guys, READ THIS BEFORE GOING TO JIES RENTAL.I rented a scooter for 2 weeks in June 2021, which wasn't the best experience. Aweful customer service and scooter condition.I got a speeding fine letter in May 2022, did a review as it wasn't me and got rejected in Feb 2023. Upon calling fines victoria to see who nominated and they said it was Jies rentals.They still had my license details after a year and nominated me on one of their fines in May 2022, dodgy right? They don't answer phone calls and stopped replying via text. Now I am struggling to explain fines victoria that this fine does not belong to me and Jies rental have used my license wrongfully to nominate me.Please report it to police if anyone had the same issue.

I take bike on rent for almost 1 month. My experience was good with them.

Very bad attention. Had to wait for hours and really bad treatment to the client. Also they never answer the phone, you have to go personally to ask evetrything. I don't recommend it

Worst company to get rented bikes and scooters. Dont fall for this company. They dont explain the rules clearly and will deduct the ammount from your account weeks after you return them bike or scooter. Very bad customer services and they are rude as well. I have already returned the bike 2 weeks ago and they are still deducting ammount from my account on a weekly basis. They also dont like to pick up calls. Please stay away from them, I dont wanted people to experience what I experienced with this company.Reply: Deducting 1 week payment for returning the keys 2 days later can still be justified but how can you justify deducting another week payment after the bike has been returned 2 weeks earlier?
