We contacted Bond and visited their showroom to have a portable building constructed. In the first attempt, we waited several weeks for a site visit then there was no follow up. Because of Covid we gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to start the process again. This time they did not even do the site visit and did not respond to our calls. In the end, Bond cost us months of delays and thousands of dollars in price increases. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Terrible experience. Poor customer service, unresponsive to emails/phone calls, went over contract time. Poor after sales service. Never again although we were happy with the finished product it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Terrible covid practises. No where comfy to sit and talk.Considering its place where you are buying a home.., the whole thing needs a lift.I wont buy there.Great big pot holes in the entrance rd.

David and his team build a house that is far beyond the minimum required by the building code. They are easy to deal with and provide a personalised, flexible experience with a high quality fit and finish. The staff that come out to site are quiet achievers with a great sense of pride in their work and a good attitude. Can't go wrong
