Waited ages for milky coffees; breakfast took ages and then the order was incorrect. Asked for cooked bacon but it was served underdone - yet we waited ages for the meal? We ordered two hash browns which they forgot in the original meal. We then asked for the hash browns which they asked for a reminder of how many we ordered three times. Asked for salt, pepper and butter which they forgot. All up we got out our seat 4 times to get the items we needed for the breakfast. The saving grace was the lovely barista who was happy to make the coffee for us again. All around it would have been better to make our breakfast at home or go elsewhere. Now we know why it was so empty there!

i ordered the roasted cauliflower salad + grilled chicken, but no chicken at all. also found the onion skin inside. the onion was cut tooo thickenedly for a salad too! i went back to ask for a refund but the front service girl had very bad attitude. no apology at all and only refunded the chicken. I wasn't happy with the onin skin inside as it flagged a hygiene issue. but she asked me what i want, refund you the onion as well? very rude! i won't suggest this op store at all and this is my last time visiting here.

The staff are rude!Serving my tea on a takeaway cup on my table and when I asked for a proper cup they bring the cup to me in a bad manner that the tea was spilling out the cup! When I asked for them to clean it they give me an attitude that is not acceptable. So here you are with one star ranking. This all happened on Good Friday 2023 and you expect to get at least a proper service when you are paying $6.45 for just one cup of English breakfast (one teabag not even leaves)!!!

The Coffee Club at Sydney Olympic Park is your standard Coffee Club fare. We went there for a brunch and ordered two meals and some drinks. The menu is fairly extensive, with lots of choice for all tastes and pallets. The food came out relative quickly, seemed freshly cooked and had a reasonable taste. The haloumi that we had was probably the most rubbery and salty haloumi that we had ever tasted.....it was so salty, it was almost inedible. The value of the meals and drinks was OK, but not spectacular. An enjoyable enough place, for a casual and relaxed meal, while visiting Sydney Olympic Park.

They offer 10% discounts for WSU students so bring you Student Card! The chicken flat grill was delicious. They steak sandwich was good but steak on the tough side.

Bad experience today, I get Ice Chocolate everday but today the large size is too light. We ask some girls to check again that it has an ice cream or not, and I cannot taste the chocolate inside but they give us bad attitude. Maybe not manager here.

For the most mediocre coffee ever, the lady at the front was extremely rude and had such sour attitude. Don’t know what was up with her but I hear shes like that all the time. I asked her to clarify something on the app for me and she just goes “if that’s what it says then it’s what it says”?? Lol so shocked - she should learn to cut the attitude and get trained better as she clearly looks young and immature.
