Bought a ring from Prouds Maroubra and discovered 7 days later it was missing a small diamond near the base of the ring. I took the ring to the Store Manager. She told me it had to go to head office to be assessed". More than a week later

They don’t exchange on date. Late 4weeks than was promised.If you are lucky to find the manager on store, you can solve your problems, as exchange or refund, otherwise you have to wait. No buy again there.

Love going to Prouds at Eastgardens. The staff are always so kind and helpful. Been going there for over 20 years and I just keep going back. The guy there Kym is just fantastic. Thank you all are guys are the best

This is the WORST jewellery EVER!! They promised warranty that’s is a scam! Unfortunately my husband trust this people to get me my engagement ring and the size is no right, so I went to the maroubra shop and the manager told my they won’t change the size because they only reduce 2 sizes no more than that! And I cannot exchange for anything.... THANK YOU FOR DESTROY MY SPECIAL MOMENT!

I got some earrings for my birthday and a week later took them in to exchange. Had the receipt, never tried on or taken out of package and was told I couldn't exchange because it had been 33 days and they only exchange for 30. Apparently the computer just wouldn't allow such a thing. Took them back to another branch, instantly exchanged, no issues, paid the difference for a significantly more expensive pair. Not sure why a computer at one couldn't possibly do such a thing 3 days late but the other had zero problems. Bad service. I certainly won't be going back.

Very poor customer services ! Don’t recommend at all !Ive been waiting 2 months for a repair that couldn’t be done ,nothing as been done for that, no one told me until I got there .if you have to buy any gold please never go there . They are just pathetic

Went in today to look for a ring. Both staff members were busy with paperwork and were not eager to move said paperwork from on top of the display cases making it very difficult to view their jewellery. Left and went to Angus & Coote Eastgardens where the staff were super helpful and ended up buying a beautiful ruby and diamond ring. Your loss Prouds. Definitely wouldn't recommend this store
