Bought flowers to take to the cemetery because they are the closest, after buying a bouquet for $38.00, when I opened the wrapper the Chrysantheniums just fell apart and the hidden petals were brown. Needless to say I was upset. I rang the same day after getting home. I spoke to Michelle who apologised and offered me a refund. I explained that it would be tomorrow. When I got there at the Service desk the lady was very rude and she had no name tag, she shook her head when I mentioned Michelle as if she did not work there, and she asked where the flowers were. I told her at the cemetery. She told me that the Produce manager said that this time they would refund me and that there was nothing wrong with his flowers on display. I told her that I was going back to check them. Thank God Michelle appeared. As I went to check the same bouquets, they were brown and dying, I quickly summoned Michelle over to show her and she had a shocked look on her face. Because of all the greenery, the flowers are hard to see. At $38.00 it's a disgrace.If it wasn't for Michelle I would give them a Zero star.

Loved the store, because it has a larger population of cultural people in the area it is a much better stocked store than in some suburbs.

Nice little shopping centre, the car park is ok for now, but it is way too small as the surrounding area develops.

Excellent store plus BWS attached to it , can get everything you need. Recommended.

NEVER more than one register open unless you want to go through self serve. Sometimes, staff will indicate that purchases may be processed through express lanes which are not designed for a larger shop as there is little space and staff are pulled aside frequently to sell tobacco items or enquiries from other staff members. I'm not looking for a second job and do not wish to scan and bag groceries. The managers and Woolworths can surely afford another staff member with what they're asking people to pay for groceries.

Worse service experience ever. I got there at 6.30pm after work to pick up a few essentials. No1 else was at the deli counter, the service lady there was busy slicing some salami. Waited a bit, asked to buy 12 slices of deli ham and got refused. Her response was she been told they don't slice things after 6pm... isn't that when normal people get off work and go shop? And she was just there slicing salami for herself. Management should really look at how to conduct business. Dumbest rule I have ever heard.

The best coleslaw in the whole of Sydney ...it beats KFC hands down

It's a nice straight drive from where we live. They have everything just like any other woolies. Just some of the employees are abit snobby that's all.

It's probably the most clean and tidy woolworths store. All products were on shelves.
