Oroton Doncaster

Manger of oroton Doncaster is a rude unprofessional women. My mother was expecting a call for a bag She was on a waiting list for. a few weeks later I went in as my bag was in the display window. (The week prior they had 20% off) The lady said they arrived a week ago, but sold out (due to the sale) No one called my mother. When She told this to the manger who runs this shop, she went into the back room and didn’t come out, she refused to help or have any idea what happened. Her name wasn’t written in the book. I received no apology and no help for when this bag would be in stock. The other day I walked past here and she was standing behind the counter with no one in the shop.. to be honest, learn how to treat your customers.. you shouldn’t be in retail, and most certainly oroton should know how bitterly rude you are.

Really uneasy environment when coming into store. Saw a manager standing over her employees and directing them to do specific tasks in store, staff looked uncomfortable. There were some really sweet girls, i believe casuals that used to work in this store, that I haven't seen on my last few visits, have bought a few items in my time at Oroton, and have enjoyed the service I have received. Really hope this isn't a regular occurrence at Oroton, the company has been in a definite lull for the past few years..

Couldn’t be more happy with the service at this store. The ladies are so gorgeous and were so helpful sourcing me sizes for my 30th birthday outfit. A special thank you to Catherine for her above and beyond service xx

Bad customer services why the hell the staff does not update close time, just in case anyone wants to know the shop does not close 9pm at Saturday

Terrible customer service, they didn’t greet and not give some introductions to me. Totally ignore my friend and I. At end, I was trying to buy a white color handbag, one staff was trying to sell me the dirty one because they didn’t have another one which was the last , but I said I don’t wanna get a dirty bag. However, they still insist which made me feeling very uncomfortable and didn’t show any apology. When I walk out the door, same thing happened, they didn’t say anything!

Beautiful range and I had lovely customer service from a more mature lady and she was very helpful in helping me decide on a work handbag asking me about size, purpose and look. They hold their shape and the quality of the bag is beautiful and I always get many compliments wearing it also easy to clean.

Terrible customer service.. sales rep was so rude. NEED TO TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT WHO THEY EMPLOYEE ... went in the purchase a garment ... without successWill never go back to Oroton
