La Loft Apartments - North Terrace

Very well maintained apartments.Parking is Nightmare even if you have paid for it. As the prroperty has another hotel named oaks embassy and residents.Paid wifi was a optus usb dongle which is hard to connect and speed is like 1g.Close to transport shopping and hindley street pubs.

Close to shops and public transport. Rooms, bathroom, carpet, curtains were very dirty. Fridge had things from previous guests still left in. The tea and sugars were not refilled. There was no WiFi connection. I had to ask about it and it was provide 2 days later. There is no reception. The sales person meets you at the reception of oaks which is where la loft is but no affliation with oaks other than you can use the pool and gym. The transactions to pay is done in your apartment. I would not stay here again.

Appartment was filthy, floors unvaccumed mirrors with fingerprints all over, bathroom floors not mopped, walls badly stained.Werent made aware of closures to the pool and spa.Apon notifying the accomadation manager we were told ot woumd be cleaned the next day, Nothing eventuated the next day, we then had to chase the manager again the next morning, up to this point no rectification has taken place.Extremely poor service, the attitude of well theyve paid now and there in" clearly shines throughStrongly not reccomended."

La Loft apartments on North Terrace we had a few minor issues but Kevin sorted them fast was very approachable and understanding. Well maintained in a great location great place to stay and explore the CBD

Our experience at La Loft Apartments - North Terrace was extremely disappointing. Our booking was with La Loft so imagine our surprise when we were searching North Terrace for La Loft only to be told, on ringing for directions, that we were staying in Oaks Embassy! Things didn't get any better when we checked in - not with the reception desk in the lobby, but with a representative of La Loft who met us there and took us to our room. There were so many problems with the room, far too many to list, and some of them make me feel sick just thinking about them, but the cleaners" obviously know nothing about cleaning and there doesn't appear to be anyone who monitors that. I have reluctantly given them a star but only because the location (of Oaks Embassy!) is good."

This is a good accommodation. The room is big and is very clean. The cleaning staff is doing so well. It is also included a lovely balcony, the view is so so so good. It is near to city town, 5-10min-walk distance, and also near to park and tram and train station. If you need to do the Covid test in hospital, it is also near to hospital.The hotel staffs are helpful and grateful. I have something quite trouble due to my personal reason, but they are still thoughtful to me.It is a good experience in Adelaide and in this hotel though it is just 11 days.

Very disappointed after a great meet & greet, Stay here for 12 nights ok if you do a one night bad if longer. Stains on both carpet and small two seater would make you thing you where in student accommodation. Room is un-serviced until the 8day and even after confirming that this was to happen it did not, the out of hours didn't answer, just bad service all round. This place requires updating badly, sadly i would not recommend this place it has more cons than pros which is a shame.Sorry, but your reply would be misleading to anyone reading it, I spoke to Kevin to ask the question would the house keeping still be carried out even after I pointed out to him that this fell on a public holiday and his reply was that it did not matter as this was when it was due and it would be done. Your out of hours did not return my call. House keeping did not replenish the free toiletries or coffee or washing/laundry that you claim is part of the stay. Paid for on site carparking a three times had to park in other space as surprisingly setting out a moveable bollard does not stop people from moving it to park there. try a more permanent lockable no parking sign. The noise level from the roof top clubs at the back are quite clearly heard Thursday to Saturday. If you claim and say something then make sure you deliver, i received no follow up the next day to apologized for the lack of service or to make sure everything was now ok. Like i said more cons than pros.

Our third stay with them and we are very disappointed this time. Reserve 4 or 5 months ahead of our visit, where were requested to upgrade" to "Suites" because we asked for a twin bed for our sons

3 night stay using Great State voucher. Room appeared to be clean when checked in. However...... The air con vents absolutely filthy. Dirty dishes still in dishwasher. Found toenail clippings in the bed.I don't think bed or couch has been updated in 10 years. Mattress very basic. Rock hard. Quilt was not even a queen size. It was a double on a queen size bed. Couch not very comfortable at all. Sofa beds are not comfortable replacements. Unfortunately could not do any washing as the washing machine was missing. We were told it was broken by previous occupant.
