Very hit and miss when you go. Have attended twice in last month. On both occasions very long waits over 20 minutes for food.The difference however on the first visit staff in store displayed good customer service and appeared organised.The second visit customer service was lacking along with care factor being non existent. The 30min wait time did not include the over 5 minute period waiting to be served.If you do decide to attend go through the drive through its prioritises but still backs up do to a very short driveway.

I visited this place during the day. It was clean and the staff was really nice. The food I ordered was as usual very good. The zinger the chicken and the wings were awesome as always.If you love KFC. Give this place a try.

I went here and ordered a maxi popcorn chicken and 2 popcorn chicken go buckets. I was told there was a 5+ minute wait on popcorn chicken and agreed. 10 minutes later I received my order and it was the equivalent of a small chips with a couple of wicked wings, I went up and told them this wasn’t my order and told them my order. I was then told that there was no popcorn chicken and the only thing they could offer me was some tenders. I was extremely disappointed but settled. All of the tenders and wicked wings seemed like they were over an hour old at least. overall terrible experience but i’ll probably end up going back.

Mostly good. They fix any mistakes they make with your order with no fuss and they offer you more to make up for the inconvenience. Good on you guys. Well done. I'll buy from here anytime

Ordered on the KFC app, spent $38 to only receive cold chips with my entire order missing, called the store only to be told that there is nothing they can do and then I was hung up on.

Look, as far as KFC's go, about as good as it gets. Never had them stuff one order up. Food is always hot and fresh. No complaints

If you're looking for a finger-licking good time, the KFC in East Maitland is your jam! The chicken is crispy, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. Plus, the place is so clean you could eat off the floor (but let's stick to the bucket). Go forth and indulge in some serious poultry goodness!

Food is always as expected. Staff are always polite. During real busy periods the wait can be 15+ min which isn't so much on the staff.Minimal to no parking out front and drive through is terrible design however parking at shopping center only a 50m walk.
