Endeavour Carpets

Poor customer service. I was told over the phone that the carpet I was after would be in stock, then made the drive to the store only to be told they didn't have it.

UPDATE (to the main review): Endeavour Carpets kindly reimbursed our outlays in getting the work finalised.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Our bamboo floors were initially laid incorrectly without expansion joints which caused a variety of issues. Initially we had to await a full year before the manufacturer and Endeavour agreed to address the problem.Unfortunately, only half the repair job was done and we had to raise the issue a second time. Unable to await for an unknown date of repair we decided to capitulate and pay considerable extra money in order to get it done properly.

I was shopping around for flooring both carpets and floating floorboards. I saw a family member's floor and they recommended endeavor carpets. I had my floor laid today and can't speak highly enough of the team I would give them six stars out of five if it was possible. Thank you very much to the endeavor team

Huge range of carpets, hardfloor, hybrid, vinyl, great customer service. You can take a sample home to see it in your house. Highly recommended if you need a good floor.

Really impressed with this business. We have replaced all the floor coverings in our house (a mix of carpet, timber and vinyl) using Endeavour for everything. Ben and Taylor provided knowledgeable advice to help us choose the right products and the quality of the installation by their team was excellent. You get fantastic, personalised service at Endeavour - highly recommended!

Collection of Carpet and before sales service is very good. Quoted me more than others but I was willing to pay given the good initial service. However not sure about after sales customer service/installation, they were quite disgusting and arrogant. Did inspection beforehand but still came to install without the right trims. In addition made me spend $500 more than initial quote stating needed extra carpets, at the end left overs were more than double the extra carpet ordered. Then called for 4 days for a follow up, each time promised a call back but never called back. Finally got hold of someone, but no acknowledgement of the time they wasted, no apology offered, repeatedly talked over me, clearly avoided responsibility by stating it was the tilers fault(although they did inspection prior to installation!!). In this day and age, you just cannot expect better stars without a proper after sales service AND YOU CANNOT BE ARROGANT WHEN YOU'RE THE MOST EXPENSIVE IN THE MARKET . I sincerely hope they learn from this review. BE HUMBLE!!

Friendly, helpful, flexible, very reasonable prices. A great family run business, stock an excellent range of quality carpets staff have lots of patience. Professional and well presented. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service from the start. Ferdi ensured we had the right product for our needs and arranged a measure and quote. The price was great and the new carpets look and feel fantastic. The gentleman that layed the carpet was very thorough and accurate and our home was transformed.

A nice selection of wool carpets, but business could certainly benefit from being a lot more customer-service oriented.
