Absolutely disgusting the way myself and the car in front was spoken to by a girl in drive thru. No manners or respect for customers. Manager wasn't much better. He spoke about staff to others very disrespectfully. Don't know how this store still gets customers. The owner should fix these issues.

Rubbish place, full of Bankstown attitude atmosphere STAFF.I will Never be back here.Night management need to be changed. Very low performance.THEY EVEN DIDN'T SUPPLY A INVOICE EVEN I DID ASKED FOR IT.You can see from the pictures empty register.which is rare for me to put 1 star for a business .Sorry not SORRY.

Worst service in Sydney typical culture attitude in bankstown . Staff extremely arrogant and rude should never be hired! refused a refund do not go to this McDonald’s. I can’t believe McDonald’s hired these type of foul behavioured people.

Dirty and under staffed, manager doesn’t really care about customer service, you actually feel discussed eating inside tables and floors are dirty. Department of health need to attend to this store.

You could be the only one in the shop and they could still take 15 minutes to complete ur one item order. I just ordered at 4:30am in the morning on uber and the driver said they were really rude to him and i have been waiting an hour just for the food to be handed over. They are slow, rude, sloppy, forget items and for some reason their soft drinks are majority soda water

Absolutely DISGUSTING! ordered a Choc soft serve tonight at 20:38 in a lid along with a happy meal , didn't re-read the screen when paying so was charged for a soft serve, drove to the 2nd window the staff given the soft serve in a lid. Sorry my husband said I ordered a choc serve "The lady staff said "but u paid for a soft serve. " with attitude . How much does a normal soft serve cost and a choc icecream in a lid ? There was no need to go back and forth of being rude as if the icecream cost was going to come out of her wages if you can't have respect and don't want to be the delivery person that hands out thr food go home call in sick there's no need to show your rude behaviour when your customers deserves better service. Management needs to relook at this situation and deal with her attitude. I wish a secret shopper drive thru and caught her in the act and see how she'll be dealt with then. Have a staff running a drive thru with such behaviour gives the restraunt such a bad name. We never ordered a full cup of chocolate sundae so why so rude because we didn't pay for the choc one but the plain instead i don't understand why the attitude though. no wonder this McDonald's always have bad rating because staff here doesn't know how to show some respect"

Bacon and egg muffin is my favourite, If they can’t get it right ,nothing they can make it right.The Muffin dry and hard to chew, the egg over cook and dry like a dry tofu, bacon has no seasoning.And there is no toilet paper in the one of bathroom.

Not a nice feel to this store.... McCafe was not being used. My order got cold while I was waiting to be called. It seemed like a customer who was loud and aggressive went behind the counter and was out of control. The person who I think was the duty manager looked pretty cranky... All together, a pretty unpleasant and nerve racking experience

Apple pie was cooked in filthy oil like it hasnt been changed in a while as there were black gunk all over it. Wasn’t even warm!
