Astounded by how bad this motel was. We paid $250 through a booking site for 2 adjoining rooms… Tried to give us just 1 room with bunks, pee on the floor of the bathroom, shower appeared not to have been cleaned in months, a dead fly between the sheets on one of the beds… and the ‘promised’ pool was empty, apart from a small amount of sludge and lots of rubbish. DO NOT STAY! Nothing like what is shown on the website. Absolutely disgusting!!

I stayed there and nobody was at reception. The room was disgusting. The windowhas a massive gap and let's in all the cold air. The door doesn't close properly. The room was dirty. Dead moths and bugs everywhere including in the bed. The shower and toilet area wasn't cleaned in months and the rings of dirt from the last clean was very clear to see. The shower had no pressure. The sink where you fill your kettle the water comes out brown. The pool was filledwith no water except from what little rain and leaves and dead virds.The only saviour to that he'll hole was the petrol station next door which I think are related but they had food and drinks to buys.Do not go there unless you don't care with bd

HOPELESS, a door that didnt lock to no water pressure in the shower.One friendly staff member and the other in denial of providing a service for hire.I see there prices have increased, avoid.

Nothing like pictures. Pool was not usable, dead bugs EVERYWHERE. Sheets had been cleaned but there were more dead bugs in them. Bathroom seems not to be cleaned in months. Aircon was filthy and the air that came out stank. No kitchen or amenities to make food. Bathroom door barely closed. To close to freeway, very noisy. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Very bad holiday inn I ever been too.No receptionists, no cleaners to clean the pool and 3 I payed 250 but you charged me 355 what’s wrong with you. Everything has to improve. Very devastating.

Incredibly basic room. Lots of road noise. Room was a bit dusty. The sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable though. Check-in was difficult due to poor communication.

This place is an absolute disgrace. Ants all over the floor, spiders in the beds, dirt everywhere. Filthy. We couldn't actually stay it was that bad. It surely wouldn't pass an OH&S check. The pool clearly hasn't been used in a long time and was empty. Booked through lastminute.com and was not given a refund either despite many attempts to do so.

Are you in denial about the state of your property ? I would never ever have booked your ‘ Hotel’ if I had taken notice of the reviews further down the page …perhaps you shouldn’t let booking sites take your bookings that way people would not be fooled into staying … have you read & responded to all your other negative comments ? You would not even discuss another paying customers concerns over safety & security .. you call your self a business owner , you should be ashamed of yourself .

No one at reception when we arrived. When someone did arrive, there was no knowledge of our online booking or that we had already paid. No smoke alarm. No DVD player, toaster or movies in room as described. Water coming out of taps was dirty. 4 different air fresheners stunk up the room and gave us headaches. Door not secure as lock isnt securely attached to door frame, I was able to open the door with just a gentle pull without unlocking it. Paint specs all over tv.Tried to discuss our safety concerns with the owner (door and smoke alarm) and they didn't want to even have the discussion let alone offer some sort of refund.Wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're desperate.

Staff are very lovely,Bathroom is average, bed is clean with nice linen, Bugs and spiders, i killed a huntsman and a smaller spider, in my 12 hour stay. The door is not secure and 24/7 light comes in the room. Over priced at $90-100 I believe for what it is.
