Will not ever bother again, order machine had no paper, wait was excessive to the point I ended up cancelling my order and leaving. Staff could not look me in the eye. Seems to me that uber orders are far more important than the walk in customer.Wouldn't bother

08/02/23 930-10 pmRestaurant was filthy mess everywhere big spill at the till while two staff members are having breaks we were there almost an hour and it wasn’t cleaned while we were there bathrooms filthy and stink asThe girl in McAfee was stropey and useless the maccas in Woodridge far cleaner then this hole we waited 20 minutes for our meals to come out wrong and was corrected twice first there were missing burgers 2nd time chips were wrongThe one staff member that corrected our fries was very sorry apologised and made things right. That’s what happens when you have kids shepherding kids

Couldn’t even finish my sentence of what I was ordering. They try and rush you so their time looks good. Stuffed up my whole order . The guy at the last pick up window rolled his eyes at me when they gave me the wrong drinks. Had to wait in the waiting bay for 18 minutes just to get soggy cold chips and burgers . Waste of $45 for 3 meals .

Placed order and confirmed twice. Charged incorrectly then got order wrong after waiting 14 minutes. Toilets no soap to wash hands. Bins full and garbage placed on top. Tables garbage everywhere and three girls standing doing nothing. Confirm ed Emma at 5.50pm.

I did not like the worker. She was calling me babe, darling, baby and more when I’m a man, I have a partner I don’t want another woman calling me that. she said it multiple times and was flirty. Disgusting and inappropriate behaviour for a worker. Get her out

Toilets in bad condition and not clean. Lint in food. Staff members only a few are good, the rest specially the cafe staff are unwelcoming and never smile and they talk on a very colloquial way.

Terrible. Had to return my iced coffee twice. Paid for 4 shots in a large. Received 1 shot rip, took it back, they added ONE more. I had to take it back again and explain how many shots I paid for, isn’t that their job?Then I open my toasty. It’s only toasted on one side and the cheese isn’t even melted.You’re the most expensive maccas in the area, and the worst quality.

Just ordered McSpicy and this was what it looked liked. The patty is as small as only half of the bun. Took it to the cashier to ask to remake a proper one. The manager at 4pm on 2 May told me this is how they make, nothing wrong with this. He put some lettuce on top as I told him it was not enough too.I told him again the patty is too small but he said this is what they get only and he was VERY sure about all other patties are small too.Turned out it was much smaller than it looked while I was eating. Lack of source too.
