They slotted me in when my dog was very sick. Sean the vet was very thorough and told me upfront what the cost would be. Waiting to hear the results from all of her tests and pick up my dog.

This is the second time I visit this hospital. Last week my puppy has not been at 10 weeks yet so we agreed that we just do the check up and come back the week after for the vaccination without having to pay for the consultation fee again. But today they still charged me the consultation fee when I came back for the 10 weeks vaccination. I shared my concerns with the receptionist but nothing changed. It's not a big deal but feel disappointed with the inconsistency of the service agreement.

Been there for both our dogs, for various issues. Each diagnosis has been spot on, the medical attention, detailed prognosis, and medication provided has been of high quality, leading to speedy recovery. All the Vets are excellent, but a special shout out to Dr Jane Harris who has helped our little Gigi" - Poochon the last time. Can not recommend WAH enough. Thank you for being there."

Many visits over many years with many different pets. Whichever vet was on duty was always kind, patient, helpful and reliable.

We have been seeing Dr Sean and he has provided great care to our 6 month old puppy. The staff are also very friendly and caring.

I have been seeing Robbie and his team at this clinic for many years. We unfortunately as a family needed to spend a great deal of time supporting our labradoodle some years ago. To be honest, if it hadn’t been for Robbie’s expertise and insight, we may have not have been able to diagnose our boy when we did. He was able to reduce and make our dog’s seizures almost disappear through medication management, and we were able to spend and share some good years with him, prior to his passing. We now see Robbie with our 3 year old Lenny the Labradoodle, and we continue to value his knowledge and expertise with all of his health needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to refer him and his team to others.

Service is fine, however the way they overcharge for scripts and their pricing for medication is absurd, charged me $75 for 100 tablets of carbimazole, however everywhere else on the internet its $23 -26 for the same brand and manufacturer, even with shipping let's say $35, that's almost a 100% mark up. What exactly have you done to these tablets to warrant such a high mark up, are they blessed by a catholic priest or shaman of some kind, does this make them more efficacious? this is just gross profiteering off of honest people who want to pay for quality care at a true valued price for their furry family member. I could understand if it was a surgery requiring experience or if the tablets you provided where a special formulation that is unique to your practice that you spent time developing, but all you did was order a product from a pharmaceutical distributer, I will be going to another vet from now on who doesnt price gouge their customers smh.
