JB Hi-Fi Tamworth

I wanted something transferred to my local jb hi fi and they told me to pay and tell the manager to send a request, 2 days later they said no because the item is too heavy even tho they told me they can get it transferred to me

I was very impressed with the mobile phone case display in store. So well organised and easy to find what I was after. Well done to the person/s involved. Overall state of the store is commendable.

Great shop, big range of tv's ,and lots of DVD's, I'm glad to see that all the Westerns are with the Classics,staff eager to help looking in the store if there's nothing on the shelves.

Don’t like to give negative feedbacks or 1stat. I’ll give 5star but not necessarily my wish. I’ve been a good customer at the Jbhifi, relate with the staffs pretty well but when I need help with maybe factory faults or misplaced item in the box, they get very defensive and protective. I have many times bought replacements either because an item such as product key etc is missing and or not satisfied with the product. But I think I’ve made up my mind not to buy stuffs from jbhifi tamworth. I know they don’t care but atleast I vented my frustration. I hope they read their review though.

Terrible. Brand new Xbox didn’t work from the very start took it back for a repair it came back worse and to make matters worse the repair centre stole our original box. I asked JB Tamworth to look into it they said give me the un-original box we’ll call when we hear back from the repair centre no call back no proof or receipt given and to make matters worse they stopped taking my calls on the matter. Took the second broken Xbox to a Sydney based store much better service said they will try to recover our original box and to prove the Xbox was faulty the second time a third Xbox was setup in the same environment to the same configuration as the other two and there were no problems.

Best shop in town for computers, and computer accessories, games, cds, TV's, anything electrical, or any sound bars etc

A nice large store that has a wide range of music and hi fi goodies, gaming, sound gear etc. Friendly helpful staff.

Sought a replacement for a major fault in product as per rights under Australian consumer guarantee. Manager of the store directly contravened this, handed me a pamphlet from 2018, which clearly described my rights and a code of conduct which he was breaching and refused to come to an agreement. Also refused to provide his name.

Or server was frankly disinterested in helping as our purchase was less than $100. - and the shop was empty - pls explain
