Buyer beware! If you own a rental property and Amart cheap chairs start to fall apart, they will not replace the chairs as they say it’s a rental property. Very dodgy. Whether the property is a rental property or owner occupier, bums still sit on chairs and the chairs should not fall apart from people sitting on them, Very dissatisfied!

Shop here if you want to be lied to. Purposely went with Amart as their delivery times were faster then other retailers. We have no furniture so placed a large order for goods. Told 6 weeks. 6 weeks goes around and no phone call. After calling Amart we're now told another month to a month and a half depending on who you talk to. Lied to us so they can secure the sale. Don't believe them on the timelines.

The concierge guy was awsome! Best greeting out of all the sofa shops I went to that day and I went to all.Some didn't even say Hi he compensated for them all he was awsome .

I went there for a an ensemble bed and found just what I wanted,a king single ensemble, they had the perfect one, with also flat feet which can slide on a woodenfloor,and good support in mattress and sturdy..Customer service was very good and also they delivered it on schedule to my home. Definitely check out the range.

Excellent service, my lounge arrived early and was delivered very quickly. Delivery guys did a fantastic job and had lounge all set up and working within 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

I purchased a 2.8m dinning table in their “Signiture” range which is their supposed highest quality range $2,800 RRP and it’s faultyThe table top has a mark that’s clearly imbedded in the wood, which makes it a seconds or faulty goodsNOBODY is wanting to take responsibility yet when you walk through the door they pretty much bombard you with (CAN I HELP YOU) but when they really should be helping you as their loyal customer their help isn’t thereI believe they only show their smiles to get your business ($$$) then if something isn’t right with what they have sold you well too bad cause they are not there for customers satisfaction “ONLY for theirs”I have been a customer of theirs for over 15 yrs but will NEVER shop with them again….

Easy access to carpark. It is larger than you expect. It has wheelchair access ramps between the 2 levels within the store.Large range of furniture. The staff member who served us was helpful, friendly and happy to answer our questions.Delivery of the new furniture and removal of the old furniture was easy to organize. Both teams arrived on time and took care not to damage walls and doors.Very happy with the whole service experience
