Terrible installation for my investment property. Obvious joins, frayed edges, lump underneath, loose and gathered in places. Still arguing with insurance but Carpet Country beleive the terrible standard is acceptable.

Terrible job. Had to ask them to get the installer to come back and finish the job properly. Vinyl looks like it has been cut with a blunt knife. Check out the photos on this website and you will see. Wouldn't recommend them for vinyl laying. The installer even cut around the feet to the stove and a metal strip instead of putting under strip and stove. It's not put down straight either. Bad bad bad workmanship. If I was the person that put the lino down I'd be too ashamed to come back to. After 4 calls and 1 walk in I still keep getting the response of, we will get in touch with the installer. Been at least 6 weeks. Still no response and sick of waiting. Don't buy lino here to be installed unless you want to be mucked around.

Entered the store a few weeks ago and was greeted by a rude staff member. Ruth was no better. Ruth was nothing but manipulative and condescending. Definitely DO NOT recommend shopping here
