Our patio glass door cracked after slamming in a wind gust. I lodged a claim with our insurers around 11am.Within 30 minutes I had a call from Platinum Glass and Security.While on that call I missed another call from a mobile number. I returned that call immediately and it was from Robbie who was already standing outside!!Within minutes he had the measurements done and had Darryn on the way. By 2.30pm that same day, the job was done!!From insurance claim to job completion in less that 4 hours!!He had also arranged for the urgent supply of matching tint.To say this service is unbelievable is an understatement!!Good work Robbie and your team!!

Had the unfortunate need to find someone to fix broken glass sliding doors twice in one week. Platinum were so easy to deal with, the service was quick and friendly and we will absolutely be using them again (although hopefully in the future it will be for some planned projects not accidental breakages!). My dad David, highly recommends Robbie and his glass repair business. Dad rang Platinum Glass and Security at 5pm Friday afternoon with hopes of getting a last minute door repaired and Robbie was very accommodating and polite. Robbie waited for Dad to arrive from out of town and he fixed the door while Dad waited there the same afternoon. It was good old fashion service and we couldn’t recommend them better. Their price was also very reasonable and because of the amazing service we received, we would have paid double!
