Worst ever car washDont ever bring your car there for cleaning and washingThey just keep taking cars and they just do quick job.They dont vaccum properly ir even wipe anythingThese guys need to be kicked out from business asapI paid $80 for a platinum wash today and after leaving my car there for 3.5hours pretty much nothing was done properlyYou can clearly see they have just quickly wash the car and they dont even careThey are the worst everPlease dont go there

If there was less I would have gave them!!! doing the car cleaning the leather was absolutely useless paid 45 dollars and told them it’s not clean ,they said the best we can do .Me ,with one of the dish scrub and just a little bit of dish soap all the black and yellowSpots disappeared …. It was really a ripoff !!

NEVER RECOMMEND EVEN TO MY ENEMY.I took my car today to wash outside. See the attached photo I took after washing done from this place. These guys have made total MESS inside my car. When I asked him to clean it and refused to do that very rudely. They are very unprofessional and extremely rude. I should have called the police at the same time.Don’t even ask anyone to take cars there for washing. These guys ruin our days. I don’t want anyone to take a bad experience like I did. This is located near the Target

Waste of time and money!!After waiting 1.5hours for the car to be ready for pick up, I had to spend 15 minutes pointing out all the spots they missed, which actually were quite obvious. There were so many that I couldn’t be bothered anymore and left.I’ll never take my car there again, not worth the money. I’d give a rating of ZERO if I could, this place is not even worth the 1 star.Do your car a favour, don’t go there!!

Don't bother, very unfriendly and they will charge 25 extra saying it's too dirty. My car needed a vacuum clean, well that's what a car wash is for I suppose. But then opening the door and saying extra 25 dollars is not on.

Do not go there! They will take your money before, then ask for extra payment. When you disagree and ask for a refund you find they don't answer emails, live chat or their phone. I was yet unable to get a refund for a service that wasn't provided. I am going to the ACCC!

Star Car Wash - Dandenong McCrae St
Paid for full interior and exterior cleaning. Carpets weren't even vacuumed. Some wraps were still there and some gum from a careless passenger were still there. Take it somewhere else or do it yourself and save 80 bucks. Never again.
