Haven’t been there for a while, and when I visited I was surprised by how much stock and variety they have got there now versus before. More staff and they were very nice and attentive and in particular (Rose) who helped us today, she was fantastic, informative and very welcoming. Thank you.

Walked in just after they opened, every staff member in there knew I was there yet didn't serve me! I was clearing looking at them to get some help, even standing close to them while they were all talking together and no one came over to help! I ended up walking out after 10 mins of this, EXTREMELY bad service! I will never come back again. VERY disappointing!I knew exactly what I wanted and they could have got a $200 sale in 5 mins with very little effort......if they were my staff I would have fired the lot!

Had an issue with a Bosch small appliance which was purchased from The Good Guys Geraldton. Not only was the service I received from Bosch superb, but the customer service from The Good Guys Geraldton was excellent, the Manager and Mikayla were a pleasure to deal with. I achieved an outcome which far exceeded my expectations. Happy customer, thank you :-)

Purchased hisense side by side fridge. The service given by Roz and her product knowledge was extremely helpful when making my purchase. I make all my electrical purchases at good guys and have never been disappointed with the level of service or knowledge of their staff. Special kudos to Roz.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was guided to make a better decision with my purchase to suit my needs at the best price. The staff had excellent technical knowledge. I also scored $6 per month and got an extra 40 gigs on their exclusive Telsta mobile phone plan, from 40 to 80 gigabytes. This was all free. Very satisfied. I recommend anyone to shop at their store.

Their prices not to bad, just did not have much stock wise on their samples displayed with tablets. Prices are as actually better than other places I went, but could not buy any. They said they waiting for stock. So best to phone in first. Otherwise staff helpful and store neat.
