The pharmacist went above and beyond to help me with an issue with my prescription. Have had the same issue in the past at different pharmacies and have always been told to go back to the dr. So grateful.Friendly and professional.

We are going to this pharmacy from last 2 years. All staff members are very helpful, friendly and kind spoken. Agnes always show so much respect to me and my wife. She offered extra help when my wife got knee surgery. She is very polite and kind lady and always go out of way to help everyone.

This is my favorite pharmacy! Chin is amazing, I was going to buy something and he took the time to explain the product to me and suggested I may not need it for my baby, even if it meant a loss of sale for him. He truly cares about his customers and not about profit. Agnes is also amazing and always happy to help with anything, including sourcing items which are not available! I come here on a weekly basis and will continue to do so!!! Thanks team for being so amazing!

My wife lost her mobile phone with bank card outside of the shopping centre. Fortunately Sandra found that and arranged to handover back to us with Agnas. Such humble people there. Thank you very much Sandra, Agnas and team Amcal Pharmacy Selandra Rise.

Usually have great care here no complaints! Pharmacists are always great. However, Today i was very disappointed and let down, after i was told my fully vaccinated husband couldnt bring my 8 year old daughter into get her ears pierced because shes not vaccinated? shes only 8 and vaccinations are only available for 12+. So why were we declined services? Thats not right! will not be returning. SMH

I could hv given negative marking if there was any option. Went today for getting documents certified but lady there was so rude. Guy working there told me that pharmacist can only certify one document and on asking why she said she is busy and can only certify one document and also its law only one document can be certified at one time. I should go to another pharmacy if i want to get other documents certified. Rubbish, Such people should not be hired. Admin work is more imp than customers to them.

Lovely staff and very helpful pharmacist. Was able to help me get a script in an emergency with ease when Chemist Warehouse told me they won't do it. Will be going here from now on instead of Chemist Warehouse. Also there's no queues for medication so you're in and out in about 5-10 minutes.
