They had my haircut appointment booked in for the wrong day. When I tried to show the owner the text message confirmation she refused to look.She was extremely rude. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I cannot thank Millie enough for giving me not both a fabulous cut & colour but also great banter for a very nervous first time customer. Highly recommended salon with brilliant prices who won’t be able to get rid of me. Thanks again Millie for putting me at ease when I was so on edge, you are a superstar!!
