I have used Brite Deck on 2 projects so far, and I can say that Brite Deck will now be my only supplier when it comes to composite decking.Their customer service is extraordinary, my sales rep was Luigia and she was super kind and friendly since the start and even after sales services. She is knowledgeable in this field and will answer any question you might have.Their delivery service is also great and was on time in a VERY rainy day.Their prices are really competitive and I personally wouldn't go to another supplier.I have few projects lining up and will be ordering from Brite Deck again very soon.

Brite Decking
Brite deck is the only supplier I use when it comes to composite decking for a few reasons.They’re always punctual with deliveries.The product is second to none in terms of quality and ease to lay.Delivery driver is very kind as well as office staff.Any questions I’ve had have been answered in a timely fashion.Finally I have never had a client come to me with any problems on hand over!

Antorny was so helpful from beginning to end, made the decision to go with the Elite Decking brand easy. Good customer service can be hard to find these days, but Antorny nailed it!Can't wait to receive the decking and start construction. I highly recommend Elite Decking company service.

I made a phone call to the company and got answered by a gentleman named Justin . He was very polite and gave me a lot of detail in a few minutes of discussion. Then I drove to the office and met him. He was so good and professional he took me down stair to the show room and explained all the products .I asked Justin questions and he Answered them over and above . I bought the product the next day!!every time I messaged him or emailed him he responded very quickly .he showed me things that I didn’t know inside the showroom , how to install ( briefly and gave me some samples). I am very impressed and very happy with the service it was unbelievable thank you very much Justin.

Do not write review often but have had a very positive experience with Justin from Brite Decking. Service from beginning to end has been fantastic - good old fashioned service that is hard to find anymore will be found here. Justin was responsive, helpful, clear, and more than happy to assist when I had a little problem. Very very positive - and the deck looks fantastic. My experience has been excellent, and I would highly recommend, thanks Justin.

Lisa and the team have been amazing in their patience with our deck planning, they have been so helpful and informative, and the showroom in Yagoona is well presented visually to help in the decision making. Well worth the visit. The website should also be mentioned, so many really good videos to assist with installation. The Deck is finished, so amazing, very happy, looking at other projects with Britedeck to carry on the look. Lisa and the team were very helpful

Brite Decking
Replaced a very worn pine deck with Brite Decking's Next Generation Titanium Decking in Silver Grey. We looked at quite a few different brands of composite decking and chose this as we liked the texture, colour and grain. Justin was very helpful in the ordering process. For DIY'ers - the product is very easy to cut and work with and the hidden fasteners which are included are easy to use and give the deck a very clean look. Delivery was as advised and the product came with boards wrapped in pairs in plastic which kept them clean and unmarked in transit and on site. We are very pleased with the product and the look of our new deck.

After countless hours researching composite decking products , that didn't look like a pile of plastic, we kept landing back at Brite Decking. We were desperate for a alternative to the composite decking products traditionally used and required a product that could sustain coastal conditions. Brite Decking has exceeded expectations for quality and aesthetics. Its an incredibly easy and efficient product to install. Our Tradies love it , we love it and will have no hesitation in using it again, highly recomended.
