Bought a mobile phone online ( Ebay) from this shop, was faulty from the box, however box was sealed. He offered to take the phone back, organise it with Samsung as I live in regional VIC. He got the phone, after 3 months told me I was entitled to a refund, however up until today, as you can guess, no refund and he stopped communicating. very disappointing in the service.

If I could give this business a negative 10 stars I would. Biggest scammers ever. Bought an iMac, it was then apparently unavailable so I had to pay a further $400 for a different model and now I have been waiting 2 weeks for some contact on where the iMac is and they just ignore you! Worst business I've ever used. Who knows if my computer will ever show up!? - I have not been swindled I have a invoice in my emails from your company.

very helpful staff and great customer service. Bought iphone se 2020 from My Mobile today and the staff there helped me transfer my data from my old damaged phone. Exceptional service !! Highly recommended !!!!

1. Charge me 35 just to open n check the phone .2. Poor customer service and rude lady who speaks like don't care .3. Money eaters knowing my phone is old model , without even checking with the dealer, but charging 35 dollars is ridiculous.Money eaters , o empathy, rude, totally wasted my time n money ..I fix my phone in different t place cheaper n good service..
