Been my pharmacy for 22 years and has never let me down, Mark is brilliant and very understanding,

Bad customer service and misleading comments.This is supposed to be a walk in vaccination place. went in at about mid day on a Tue... A young man behind the counter was on the phone to a customer and I could hear it was about vaccines too and he advised the customer can come in after 1pm they do vaccinations (no appointments required)... and then when I asked he said not today(!); come back Thursday or Friday (for walk in vaccinations). So we went back on Thursday and same person telling us No you need to make an appointment". Wasn't sure if he forgot what he told us before or just playing dumb and untruthful?!"

I was having trouble sourcing something I needed yesterday and Mark went WAY above and beyond to help me. He was so considerate and attentive and genuinely went out of his way to get me what I needed. Professional service and genuine care.

The Manager, Mark is ALWAYS helpful and has gone the extra mile anytime needed. Like an old fashioned local service where some actually gives a s**t!

I’m seeing everyone talking about how hot Peter is but come on ladies we know Mark is the true standout. I mean look at how tall he is. I man well over 6ft? Can never be mad about that. Plus look how dreamy those eyes are. I’m on #teammark for most smoking hot pharmacy worker at Optimal. Maybe even in the whole industry?

Staff are always friendly and eager to help. Decent range available. Gentleman named Mark there who is always extremely helpful.

I made a special trip to this Pharmacy to get a product they have in stock only to be told they would not sell it to me today as it was to be part of a sale next week. I was not impressed. I have now been contacted by the owner who apologised and has explained this is not their policy and that the staff member had given me incorrect information. The chemist was very apologetic and has offered to supply me with the product when I call in next.

I just tried to book a flu vaccination for tomorrow and was told by Amy to go to Healthdirect to book. I said that I don’t know how to do that and was told that if I have trouble to ring back and she would try to find if there are any vacancies. Very unhelpful. No link on their website that I can see to Healthdirect.

I had my covid vaccine here. I booked online and got a place for that day. I am scared of needles, but I was made to feel comfortable, given the time I needed, and he was very gentle.
