My newly adopted 5yo cat was given time to adjust to the surrounds before being carefully & kindly approached by the vet. Everything went smoothly. I believe the staff genuinely care about your pet. Amber means the absolute World to us. There is something wrong with her, that is difficult to pinpoint and we couldn’t be in better hands. Ben has explained the various possibilities (some quite complex) and has commenced a “process of elimination”. We are so fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and capable Veterinarian helping us through this rather worrying time. Ben is backed up by a great team who go out of their way to help in any way they can. Thank you.
